After spending much of her youth in Indiana, Cherish returned to her Arizona roots, where her aunt helped her land her first role in document retrieval and chaining. From that foundational experience, she built a career dedicated to operational efficiency and technological advancement.

She found inspiration in Natalie Bombardier, a woman whose grace, directness, and depth of knowledge left a lasting impact. “She handled everything with such class,” Cherish recalls, a standard she now holds herself to as a mentor and leader.
