Feature Friday!
This is where we will be featuring the stories of Women of title from all across the country. We believe that by sharing our stories we will be able to more authentically connect, empower, and inspire other working women, trying to do it all. We all know that title Insurance isn't sexy. It's hard work. It's long hours. It's sometimes grueling. It's at all hours of the day, and sadly it can often feel like a thankless job; feeling like your individual experience and work doesn't matter. Well in this community we believe every voice matters! We believe that building from each other makes us all better and more motivated to achieve more. To be that higher-level professional woman that we aim to be. Realizing that another woman's success doesn't equate to your failure. Women empowering women means achieving more together.
We envision our community to live by the "Girl Code," by Cara Alwill Leyba, which shares this standard, "Envision your world through eyes of positivity & possibility. The moment you do that, you open up a world of endless abundance! Embrace the storm! Embrace your story!"
We are guided by the works of Don Miguel Ruiz and "The 4 Agreements," that teaches to be impeccable in your life and your work and create a reality of love, dreams, abundance, and balance to everything you do. Also, the work of Brene Brown with her journey in studying vulnerability, she began with this as her foundation for her work: The Man in the Arena. Well, the Woman of title community definitely embraces this belief, and does boldly live this philosophy in the title insurance industry. We all are the Woman in the Arena that are making history!
